Wow, 27 years.... A lot has happen in the last 27 years. We've had seen some extreme highs, like our 3 beautiful children. We've been through some very extreme lows. Parenting a special needs child is the hardest thing anyone could go through. Being a spouse as well as a special needs parent is even harder. Raising a special needs child takes a lot of extra time. It can drain you emotionally, physically and even spiritually. Sometimes there isn't much time left in the day to focus on each other. Sometimes you have to take a step back and make some big changes in your life in order to make everything work. The last month and a half I've seen some great things happening in our marriage and I can't wait to see what God has in store for us.
