Columbus Clippers

It was a very hot day for a Clippers game.

It wasn't the Indians but any baseball will do.

The Fun Before the Storm

We were so excited when Noah felt well enough to go to the Indians game.
It was a great night spent with family.
And a beautiful night for baseball.

Noah was very happy that the Indians won.
Ketchup stopped by to see Noah. Looks like Noah was trying to get a taste of some ketchup, I'll have to make sure I let him have a taste soon.

Baseball Awards Night

On Wednesday July 6th Noah's baseball team had an awards picnic. It was fun getting together with all the families and coaches. Troy and Chris Smith have coached the challenger team for the last 10 years. They do an awesome job. Their love for the kids are seen are their faces. They have decided that this was their last year. They have small children of their own now and want to spend time with them. They will be greatly missed but we know they will enjoy spending time with their families. Thanks Troy and Chris for being a part of Noah's life.
Noah has played baseball for the last four summers.  It has been amazing to see Noah change in his ability to push the button on his own to make the bat swing. I just wish we would have know about the team before we did. It has been a great experience for all of us to be a part of.

Batter, Batter, Swing Batter

Noah loves playing baseball. This machine allows him to swing the bat and hit the ball. This year all I have to do is to give him a little bit of support and he is able to move his arm to push the button. It is so fun to watch Noah and his teammates enjoying the game of baseball.

Take Me Out to the Ball Game

Noah's baseball season is in full swing. He loves when I run him around the bases.
I've noticed how much better he has gotten with pushing the button to make the bat swing. He is doing it all on his own. His next game I'll take pictures and a video so you can see him doing it. It's pretty cool.
Here is his schedule if you would like to come and watch him play. He plays at Stekal Park in Mansfield. Games start at 6:30.

Baseball 2015

Baseball is wrapping up for the year. It's been a great year with lots of new faces on the team. You have one more chance to enjoy a game, tonight is the last game of the season. It's so fun to see the smiles and excitement on the kids faces.

What a Great Season

This last week was the last regular season game. All of Noah's teammates got a medal and a dvd of pictures of their games.

Noah really enjoyed playing baseball again this year. His team was asked to come play in a all-star game in Strongsville Ohio on July 13th. We can't wait.

Noah up to bat.

I love seeing the joy in his face.  Thanks Maggie for capturing these photos of Noah.

Giving high fives after the game.

It was great to be apart of the challengers team again this year. It wasn't until last year we stumbled upon this. It has been such a blessing to not only Noah but to Scott and I as well. It has been so fun to be a part of something where we feel like to everyone else. Enjoying baseball with our son.....

Baseball Awards

Tuesday brought an end to  baseball for this year.
Noah had a blast playing. We'll definitely be back next year.

Noah got some Pop Rocks, we thought we would give him some to see if he would like them.

We Keep Rolling Along

Our week was uneventful for the most part. Still trying to find our groove with everything that needs to be done in a day.

Noah had another game last night.  Issiah had fun pushing Noah around the bases. He had so much fun. I need to find a helmet that fits Noah a bit better. They are all to big and spin and cover his face.

This is a picture of Noah's team.
Do you see Noah in the picture and the little boy beside him? Noah kept tickling his arm. Noah then got a hand in the face and a finger up the nose.  Noah was laughing and thought it was funny. After the picture taking was over the little boy's Mom apologized. I told her don't worry about it, Noah started it.
The team they played was a group of girls from Ontario. They were so sweet. The little girl that played second explained to me that she was having so much fun.
What a great way to end the week.
