Noah is getting stronger. He is able to use his arms more to support himself and he is able to sit beside me on the couch with little support.

She Said Yes!!!
This morning when I was getting Noah ready for school I asked him if he wanted to go to the homecoming dance. He got very excited and so I was going down a list of names, Morgan (really Mom?), Emily(You have got to be kidding me..) and then I said Paige and we got an instant yes.(bottom right corner) So Noah and I made a sign to give to Paige when we got to school. She gladly said, "Yes"

9/11 We Will Never Forget
On this day 14 years ago I had just dropped Noah off for his first day of preschool and had went home and to witness like so many others, the planes flying into the World Trade Centers. What an eerie feeling we all had that day. Something we'll never forget.
When I was dropping off Noah at school today, we found this memorial on the front lawn of the high school. It really got me thinking about today 14 years ago when I was dropping my little 3yr old off for his first day of school.

I Wish I Would of Done It Sooner
The last several months I've noticed my body getting tired and wore out taking care of Noah. Even the little task of pulling Noah and his chair up the one step from his room to the kitchen has gotten harder. I've been changing somethings on how I take care of him because it's surely not going to get any easier as I grow older. The idea of not being to take care of him literally tears me up inside. So, back to idea of making things easier, I recently started using a ramp we had to get Noah to and from his room. I even use his shower chair on it to get him in and out of the shower. I used to carry him to his shower and back to his room to get him dressed. One of the best things about using the ramp his seeing how much Noah enjoys it. I just wish I would have thought about using it sooner.
