A Great Christmas with Family

We had a great Christmas with family this year. The kids got the movie Despicable Me. It came with goggles. We had fun trying them on. I was uploading pictures of us with them on and realized there is no picture of me. Oh Darn!

A couple of weeks ago Noah was in the Sunday School program at church.
He even had a speaking part by using his button.

Soul Searching and Praying

The last 2-3 months I've been doing a lot of soul searching and praying. I've been trying to figure out if we should continue with ABR or not. We were unable to go to our last training in August or even November because we were unable to pay for it. I asked God over and over......"Is this what we should be doing for Noah? If it is or isn't please give us a sign."

What a blessing it was to go to the mailbox last Monday and find a check for the amount of our ABR training. I excitedly made a call to reserve our spot for the next ABR training in June.

Then..... On Wednseday I got an e-mail from the ABR Center in Montreal Canada. They were asking me if I would be interested in becoming an ABR technician in exchange for free ABR training for Noah. I would have to travel to Montreal the end of February for 2 weeks for training. Then 4x a year go to Chicgao to teach the families their new applications.

Is that answered pray or what?!!!!!!!!!
I'm now praying for Scott to get a good job so we can use the money we got to use as a deposit on the ABR machine and use Noah's SSI money every month as the $300 rental fee.

God is Good All the Time!!!!!!

Until next time........

A Kid Again Christmas Party

A few weekends ago we went to A Kid Again Christmas party. Its a party for all the Make A Wish kids and their families. Noah always gets the biggest kick out of talking to Santa.
Morgan, Emily and Noah helped each other to make a picture frame. Noah was the official
placer of the stickers.

The Columbus Zoo was there with some animals. Noah loved petting them.

It was a great day spent with family. It was actually our first time in 5 years that all 5 of us were able to go together.
There may be new and exciting (and a bit scary) things on our horizon. I will let you know what it is and how things work out.

Until next time,
Susan

Wow What a Week.....

Last week Noah and Emily were in the play Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.

The kids did a great job. We didn't get home until 10:30 or so each night during tech week. The show ran Thursday, Friday and 2 shows on Saturday.

Noah was an Oompa Loompa. He had so much fun. But, it really wore him out.

Emily played Mrs. Beauregarde. She did a wonderful job.

Allison and Davey took turns helping Noah.
Thank you for offering to help Noah. He really enjoyed being a part of the play.
