Just a few more days until the fun begins. It can't come any sooner. I had Noah at the doctor a few weeks ago and he weighed 56.2lbs. Yeah, you read that right....56.2lbs!!!!!! He has gained 7lbs since April. He is really starting to fill out. In about a week I'll be able to give him a shower. That will be such a blessing. Only a few more days of sponge baths. Yay!!!!!
I really wish I could post a picture of Noah here but, everytime I try to post a picture all I get is a bunch of words no picture. GGGRRRR! It may have to do with the computer asking for Windows disc 4 the other day. I hope I can figure it out soon. I want to post some pictures of the progress next week.

What kind of Family would we be........
I don't find myself thinking too much about what our family would be like if Noah was born a typical boy. I guess because sometimes it makes me sad that Noah is unable to do what most boys do. Do I think that Noah is unhappy being who he is? By all means no..... he is the happiest boy I know. He usually has a smile on his face no matter what.
What got me thinking about this again was, in just over a week our church youth group is coming to our house and putting a ramp on our porch. They also are going to make a handicap accessible shower for Noah. I'm so excited..... I can't wait to be able to give Noah a shower. I haven't been able to do that in quite sometime. He has gotten too big to carry to our upstairs bathroom.
All the youth received papers to fill out if they wanted to participate. I was filling out Morgan and Emily's and I read the first line.... All youth starting 7th grade and older may participate. If Noah was a typical child he would be starting 7th grade!!! Wow when did my little boy get so old? It then got me thinking about what our family would be like. Its so hard to even imagine. Would Morgan and Emily still be the awesome young ladies they are today? We've all learned so much from Noah. I don't think any of us would be the same. It's just so weird to even think about it. What would Noah be doing? Would he be in the band like his sisters? Would he want to play any sports? Would he be a avid reader, music lover and a movie lover like his Daddy? We may never know the answers to these questions. The one thing I'm sure of is we love Noah just the way he is and wouldn't want him any other way. We are so blessed that God chose us to be Noah's family.
